Recommended Physical Exam Schedule - Adults
You should visit your primary care provider for a physical exam as follows:
- 19 to 40 years old – every five years.
- 41 to 50 years old – every three years.
- 51 to 59 years old – every two years.
- 60 years and older – every one to two years.
