Dr. Chmura has been practicing medicine since 1981. She graduated with Phi Beta Kappa honors from Dickinson College with a BS in Biology. She went on to complete her MD degree at the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Chmura completed her family practice residency at St. Paul-Ramsey Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Chmura joined Lifecare in 1990. She specializes in all aspects of family medicine treating patients from birth through geriatrics. Dr. Chmura has a special interest in women’s health.

As a native of Seneca Falls, New York, Dr. Lorenzetti graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Zoology. He then went on to earn his Medical Degree at New York Medical College where he graduated with honors. Dr. Lorenzetti completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the University of Cincinnati in 1993. He is Board Certified in Radiology. Dr. Lorenzetti has been practicing radiology in the Finger Lakes and Rochester regions for the past 15 years and joined Lifecare as a Diagnostic Radiologist in 2008.

Dr. Waheed has lived and practiced medicine in the Finger Lakes since 1989. She graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., with a B.A. in History. She earned her medical degree from the University of Kentucky in Lexington with high distinction. She served her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y.. She is specialty-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Waheed joined LIFECARE in 2003. Specializing in Internal Medicine, she sees patients age 16 and over. She enjoys working with a variety of health issues, including acute, chronic, and preventive care.

Dr. Conley joined Lifecare in September 2008 after completing her residency in Internal Medicine at Rochester General Hospital. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from William Smith College and her Medical Degree from Ross University of Medicine where she graduated with high honors. Dr. Conley is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Fundamental Critical Care.

Born and raised in Seneca Falls, Dr. Conley is excited to be serving the Finger Lakes community. Dr. Conley has a special interest in Women’s Health and Occupational Medicine and is a Certified Medical Review Officer. Dr. Conley sees adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
